The presence of the Holy Spirit will surround you as you enter our sanctuary. Come join us this week.                     Pastor Cohron started studying for his Engineering degree in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and continued to pursue his education but changed his major to Biology and received his BS in Biology and continued to achieve his Masters Degree in Physiology.    In 1974 after working many years in their home church, the call to evangelize had consumed he and his little family.  They left the security of home, good jobs and family to proclaim the gospel of Christ with their two beautiful little daughters, Beverly 8 and Shawn 6.  They home schooled their daughters for the next 6 years.    In 1980 they accepted pastorate of the Highland Park UPC in Panama City, Fl. after which they moved to the thriving Revival Church in Jacksonville, FL as assistant pastor.    1982 took them to pastor East Nashville UPC in Nashville, TN and then to Madison, TN where they put their hearts into giving birth to the Madison UPC where they were for eleven years.    While evangelizing for the next two years they heard of a church in Monteagle Tennessee who were without a pastor. In 2001 they accepted pastorate of the church and remain there today. Pastor Cohron also is a Science teacher at Grundy County High School.

We are fortunate to have as our members, Jim and Tee Miller, many of you know them as the Millers who sing gospel throughout the valley. They sing for us most Sundays during service. Come join us for Church and Sunday School which is taught by our own Tee Miller. It's truly inspiring and we want to see you there!
